Integrated Prescription Management (IPM) is pleased to earn a Bronze Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year from the American Business Awards® – marking our second consecutive win in this category.

Whether it’s answering member calls or collaborating with clients on innovative ways to control costs, IPM’s goal is to transform the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience for all of our stakeholders.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 13.

The Stevie Awards recognize the world’s top executives and teams in virtually every industry. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes were considered in this year’s competition.
