Reflections
When I started IPM, I had no idea the role of a PBM. I started my career by walking into a new company of 5 staff members and I am sure glad I did because IPM has opened lots of opportunities and growth. Watching the company grow is a great feeling and I am very proud of all our accomplishments. IPM has become family and there is not one day that I feel as if this is just a job. I sincerely am grateful for all the mentoring throughout the years because it has made me the employee I am today. Making a change for the good of IPM is our goal and has been our goal from the beginning. Working at IPM has been a true blessing.

Reflections
I had no idea what to expect when I started at IPM. I had worked in a pharmacy for the past seven years and just needed a change. Little did I know I had found a job with an amazing company that quickly became family. I’m so thankful for everyone at IPM who has believed it me, especially Allison Gerrard, Vice President, Operations. She has been the greatest mentor and boss. She always pushed me to be and do my best.

Reflections
I never would have imagined that becoming a pharmacy technician would have led me down this path and given me the experience I have now. IPM has given me so many more opportunities that I never would have had if I had stayed in the pharmacy. I have learned so much being at IPM for the last six years and my career has expanded in ways I never would have imagined.

Where to begin?! I’d like to start by saying I appreciate the opportunity to work for IPM. I’ll always be grateful to Allison and Randa as my hiring managers and teachers. Also, to Ken Perrin, PharmD for believing in me, being a great mentor and always being so supportive. As I reflect on where I came from, my advice is to make the most of whatever you’re doing. Whatever the task may be, do it with excellence and to the best of your ability. Be humble and don’t be afraid to ask for help. When faced with change, dance with it. I value what I have found here at IPM and I enjoy working alongside such an awesome group of people.

When I was accepted into IPM I had no idea just how engaging my role would be. I was always encouraged to strive for more. I believe that the vast amount of support that this company offers to its employees is the cause of my advancement and dedication for my position here.
